I went to Lille for the opening stage of the 2025 Tour de France. It was the first bike race I had seen in person, and Jasper Philipsen won the stage.
We had a barbecue at a friend’s place for lunch before watching the race. That mix of time with friends and the excitement of seeing the Tour live made it a great day.
